Barbarossa 4 (The Lombard League) is extremely easy. You are supposed to build a Wonder in one of your enemy cities, but the borders of these cities were drawn in such a way that the peninsula in the east is included.

So you can just sail your initial troops there, build a market and exchange some resources so you have enough Wood/Gold/Stone to build a Wonder. Now you immediately start building the Wonder. This way, you can win in just a few minutes.

I found this thanks to a YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcpQ99a37Qk), see 08:59-10:29. I also tried it myself and it works.

I seems they have used the exact square area in Venice city to build the wonder that intersects with the peninsula north east area near them
