Hello,
I’m playing Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition on Xbox Series [X|S], and I’ve encountered a critical bug in the “Barry” campaign. Mission 4 does not load at all — the loading screen freezes and never progresses, no matter how long I wait.
I have already tried the following:
- Restarted the game and the console several times
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
- Cleared local save data
- Tried reloading previous missions
Nothing has worked so far. This issue prevents progression in the campaign and makes it unplayable beyond mission 3.
Please investigate this issue and let us know if there’s a workaround or fix planned. Thank you.
