Sure, there are some tricks and exploits, but it’s not useful for a beginner to learn about exploiting the AI, it doesn’t improve their overall gameplay skills.
The scenario made more sense in the original Age of Kings, as bombards used to outrange Longbows, so you were supposed to figure out that you can use the attack ground feature to predict where they’ll go and flatten them. Now that they have the same range, you just have to lure them out one by one and micro everything down with Joan…
But that’s the only way to win.
The easiest is Joan d’Arc campaign. The most challenging scenario is the last, but overall it’s a simple campaign. Between the new ones, I’d suggest Timur
