Best vil fighting civs

in honour of Psionic lifting the vil figthing into a true artform I want to list out the civs that are capable and probably have the best abilities to do this

Not including French revolt here cause that feels more like just fighting with regular army.

S tier

Canada - no questions asked, both the french and the british versions can do some very funny things

French ver → OP units with OP nats

Brit ver → cheaper vils with Mediciine that trades very well and manors that can also train vils.

A tier -

USA - basically if you marry France and Canada together, but with cannons

Overmountain settlers, British immigrant, factory spamming heavy cannons boosted by flags, Knox Artillery Train and Connecticut Shipwrights

You also have infinite hunts that last longer

Lakota - Maybe the OG I remember being hit with this in early DE where no one else had anything close

Vils trained out of native embassy boosted by Teepees along with pioneers and warrior culture they hurt. Now they can also take down buildings with outlaw mortars.

B tier

Maya - There are alot of shipments and techs that boost vils if you are on the path to Maya, Tlaxcala gives vil train time reduction throught the Jesuit, Coahuila reduces vil train time and also allows the flag to increase building work rate (Hacienda vil spawn), Yucantan gives what is essentially Pionners 2 allowing for +130% HP vils and Maya gives warrior culture

TBH though its too much setup and vil fighitng unless you are Canada should not be something that allows the other players to go to Imp

Hausa - Good vil Spam out of all the extra TCs that can be boosted by griots and Gorabau Minaret, unique fighting style with Dambe Wrestling, however melee is so much more clunky in addition since Dambe wresting increases the minimum range it also affects their hunting ability, making it every awkward to gather food

C tier

Haud - Has Fertility Ceremony, vils in embassy, Warrior culture and pioneers, thats it pretty basic

Malta - Cheaper vils with Medicine and Vittoriosa, the Bonus is effectively also a +50% HP bonus to vils but no much more then that

D tier

Peru - Port many TC vil spam with alpaca wool for additional 50% HP and armour but thats it

Everyone else trash

How viable is FI for embassy training as natives? They are cheaper than TCs

I would say not very viable purely in that it doesnt have good tempo

FI are normally pretty aggressive builds so you want shipments that either have instant effect like say factories or unit shipments

you have to spend that shipment and then still invest res for it which is not ideal.

All the natives have really strong unit shipments in age 4 as well so you are really better off doing that then getting more vil buildings.

Unless you are Lakota and can use it for fighthing
