Bizarre graphical error- colored bars?

Upon opening the tech tree, preparing for a Gauntlet match, and during some load screens, the bottom portion of the screen is filled with these colored bars. While highly distracting, the rest of the game appears to be unaffected.

Trigger Event:

I have been unable to identify a clear trigger.

Repro Steps:

  1. This bug occurs whenever the tech tree is opened, during some load screens, or in the setup phase of a Gauntlet match (when Blessings are being selected). The glitch consistently occurs upon entering these screens.
