I played the Blood, Ice and Steel campaign through Act I and II, and had updated to this latest version (19.18309) before playing Act III’s Last City of the Inca mission. I then realized my Home City level and XP progress had been reset to 0, losing all of my cards as well. My progress in Acts I and II have been retained, it seems like.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Navigate to Act III campaign of Blood, Ice and Steel.

  2. Click on Home City.

  3. See that level has been set to 1, XP has been set to 0, and only the default cards are available.

:backhand_index_pointing_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

I expected the progress I achieved through playing Act III to be there. However, I honestly couldn’t tell you what level I was, how much XP I had, or what exact cards I had unlocked.

It says new users can’t put attachments in a post, and can’t put more than 1 link in posts. So I figure the save file is the better of the two since the issue is pretty self-explanatory.

Also, how annoying for new people trying to get help.
