Ever since they changed the UI a couple months ago some of the UI in the main menu and the civ selection screen has been slightly blurry for me and at first, I thought this applied to all users but after seeing a YouTube video recently I saw that it doesn’t and so I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this bug and knew how to fix it.

i’d start by checking your settings and see what your ui is set to resolution wise.
Already tried to reinstall the game?
I would suggeste to back up save games and stuff like that if you want to save those stuff.
(try this after you tried the advice of @MatCauthon3)
It isn’t that serious some fonts just look like it has been filtered.
