With the DE rework of native civs, the Home Cities for the Haudenosaunee and Lakota underwent some alterations. The most drastic one was the removal of the Shaman model, renaming him to Elder, and assigning his entity in the Home City to one of the background buildings.
In my opinion, this was a poorly executed half-measure. If the consultancy found issue with how the Elders were portrayed in Legacy (they moved in a jittery fashion, as if under the influence of some substance), the proper solution would have been giving the Elders new models and animations instead of removing them and letting some random hut represent them.
As things stand now, the HC layouts appear unbalanced (exacerbated by the WarChief’s aura) and inconsistent (why is the Elder represented by a building?). The Haud HC even has a bunch of empty room at the right side.
