I fell at this point profesional scouts is DEAD!!! and not worth the trouble. With all these new civs with alternate food economy there is literary no incentive to go for pro scouts. The set home point helps a lot but the cost of the technology and deer decay is not worth it for one or two deer packs. Also stealing deer is out of the window since you will get like 50 food when you finally bring them home and that was the most apealing thing. Steal the food from your opponent when he is sleeping in the base was a wonderful thing and now is gone. I understand the increasing the price but this update kills it compleatly. Why ??? because no one can easily calculate if it pays of to go pro scouts now. People will just avoid it.
