In Pachacuti 3, there is a bridge that is visibly destroyed. However, units can still cross it.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start Pachacuti 3

  2. Reach the bridge near the north-northwest side of the map

  3. Send a unit to the other side

One of the following is expected:

  • The bridge does not appear destroyed and units can cross
  • The shallows allowing units to cross next to the destroyed bridge are removed

There is no bug, with the 3D water you get the impression that the shallows are too small compared to the bridge

Why are there shallows around a broken bridge? That seems like something to just confuse the players.

As @RoyalForgotten said, it’s like that by design. Thanks for the report.

Then change that design.

If it is by design, I understand that action will not be taken. But it is a very confusing design, and I didn’t even realize there were shallows that were traversable. I hope that it will be reconsidered, such as by making an intact bridge, to reduce player confusion.
