# Buckrider card now beyond useless with the 500c upfront cost, please fix before patch. Ideas welcome

I don’t like that approach because [Taverns that support population should be the default.](https://forums.ageofempires.com/t/rework-for-taverns-and-monasteries/202749)

For this card specifically, the easiest solution would be to just make it cheaper or send another Highwayman.
