yes, human team vs AI. after typing 104 they resigned pretty quickly.
the mod AI runs off of DE’s extreme AI with just extra stuff to build custom building/units which should not affect how AI behave towards taunt.
Maybe you did not tick every enemy in the chat?
If you only send the message to your allies, your enemies will resign
