The construction time of Chinese wood wall currently 5s after accelerating (all other civilization is 4s) but should be 2.5s as last last last patch explicitly said, and constructing stone wall also costs more time than regular civilizations.
Chinese wall construction time is not correct: the wood wall is 10s instead of 2.5s, and the stone wall is also much longer than other civilizations. This issue has existed for a very long period.
