[BUG] Incorrect Starting Resources

Issue:

In the Pillars of the Gods campaign mission #8 Divine Intervention the starting resources gives an extra 200 gold (on top of 2000 gold) instead of favor if you are playing titan or ludicrous difficulty.

Trigger Event:

Play #8 Divine Intervention

Repro Steps:

  1. Check the scenario in the Editor. There’s a trigger there that incorrectly gives additional gold instead of the 200 favor.
