Issue:Lost all my buildings recources while building on a trap

Trigger Event: I was taking a new town center, already spent the recources on it and while villagers was about to start building it my military units triggered an aztec trap nearby and it destroyed the building. My recourses was not refunded and I lost full amount of spent recourses.

Repro Steps:trigger an aztec trap near a setlement while villagers about to start building a town center on it.
