Since the second season update came up,it’s not possible to launch game.(I am playing the aoe4 by xbox gamepass)I have tried to reach technical support,they sent me articles about solution,I literally did all of them but still game crashing on launching screen.Besides all of the stupid bugs inside of the game,THANKS TO THE DEVELOPERS,we can’t even load the game.

Sorry you are running into this! If you haven’t sent your DxDiag and warnings.log file to support, please do so. The more information we can get on this problem, the better. We’re on it!
