Whenever I build the Palace of Swabia with HRE and activate the ‘Auto Train Villagers’ command, no villagers get queued or produced. It is possible to manually queue and produce them. The command is ‘on’/highlighted after activation, but that’s it.
Normal town centers behave correctly and do produce villagers automatically.
