Issue:
Watching a replay that had a Relic Victory countdown at some point causes the Relic Victory symbol to appear at that persons name the first time a Relic is picked up.
Reproduction Steps:
- Start a Relic Victory count down in a game
- Load the replay
- See the Relic Victory symbol when first Relic is picked up
