I have version 12.2.3327.0. When I try to change my portrait, coat of arms, or monument, it reverts back to the previous one when I click to save it. Sometimes there is no error message. Other times it tells me: “Couldn’t edit or save item Something went wrong trying to edit or save an item, such as an avatar, monument, or coat of arms. The items and their changes have returned to their previous configuration. If this problem persists, please visit http://ageofempires.com for support. Error code: C19T04R09X-01 4974656D0580”

same here … and that for a really long time already.
I think it also has to do with the fact that I didn’t get any reward for the event challenges / season endings, etc.
I made a new Steam account so I can get new inventory items, which works. But it still sucks cause my old account had a monument from Season 2 that I really like as well as all my AOE4 history.
New SteamAccount means you lost all! your Items?!
And did you then start at Level 0 and with no Rank in 1v1? But if so, that is no option 
Yes. With a new Steam account, I can get new items, but I start over with nothing. It sucks because I want the portrait of the dragon constellation from this season but the monument from season 2 of the kraken. I don’t care about the level or rank because within ten games I’m in my rank (Platinum 1). I should be able to have both. I paid for the game and am buying all the DLCs. It’s so frustrating.
