Bug with projectile

No watter what kind of projectile, as it is tracking their target and never miss, the actual projectile ended up having way more range than intended when a unit is fleeing, which is unfair.

For example if a scout unit is running away from a TC, and the TC is actually targeting him, the scout can actually be kill out of specified TC range as the scout is running away. It’s not features, it’s a broken gameplay.
