Issue:

Sometimes when a building that has been rotated is destroyed, the destruction animation will be the incorrect orientation and therefor not match the rotation of the building.

Repro Steps:

  1. Rotate and place any building away from its original rotation
  2. Destroy the rotated building
  3. Observe the results
