Byzantines - Ships attack x% faster

The in-game description states that

Fire Ships and Dromons attack +25% faster

However Update 125283 decreased that to 20%.

Byzantines attack 25% faster, that means the time spent to do the attack is 20% lower.
Reload in 20% less time equals to attack 25% faster.

Haven’t I posted this in the bug section?

I really hope the devs get consistent when “x% faster” in reality means “x% shorter” like in the old days or it actually means “x% faster” as e.g. with the Portuguese’s team bonus or Mongols faster firing CAs…

Do you mean that previously Byzantines’ bonus was 25% less attack interval and thus 33% faster firing?
