When I first launched the game after this patch my camel riders had the appropriate 2/2 armor, however in each of my games (skirmish vs AI) now, they have 0/0 armor. I am on the MS Xbox store version, but definitely got the patch since I can see phalanx upgrade in the barracks etc.
