i checked the known issue & solution tab and i didnt find those bugs so i will mention them here again
-in winter update in changelog it says : Camel unit base armor has been properly applied
i checked the game both camel units still dont get any base armor , if that not the case please explain what was really meant?
-composite bow tech dont effect camel archers (dont know if this is intended or not)
-incendiary arrows tech still half bonus attack vs spearmen for camel archers
I believe wherever you saw this may be referring to Camel Barding, which was fixed to add +2 to the base armor (which is 0).
I’m not personally sure if this is a bug or if the tooltip info is wrong, but we are aware of an issue here.

camel boarding had another note about it : “Camel Barding now correctly provides armor to Camels”
that why i got confused by the camels unit base armor
