Campaign achievement not received after changing difficulty

Issue:

Campaign achievement not received if difficulty changed mid-campaign.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Played El Cid (Conquerors campaign) missions 1 and 2 on hard
2. Changed missions 3 and 4 difficulty to moderate
3. Changed missions 5 and 6 difficulty to standard
4. Didn’t receive achievement titled “El Campeador - You completed the El Cid Campaign.”
