Campaign saves over multiple PCs

Hi,
My problem: I am playing AoE2:DE on 1 steam account, but on 2 different Pc (geographically separated).
My question: How can I continue to play within a already started campaign? let’s say I started Campaign A and completed Scenario 1-3. On the second PC, I would like to continue with Mission 4.

As far as I know, Steam does not sync this progress. How (besides from using cheats to complete the missions locally) can I achieve this properly?

Copy “C:\Users{username}\Games\Age of Empires 2 DE{userId}” folder back and forth between your PCs? Only copying “profile” subfolder from that folder should also be enough if you don’t want to copy mods (too large).
