Can I still get Insider award?

I miss the alph test ,but become an Insider now. As the describtion seems Insider still can get the profile pic and monument

Yeah it seems like in game, despite linking everything necessary, the reward is not unlocked, I wonder why.

The same thing happens to me. I linked my Steam account to my Microsoft account but the badge won’t unlock.
