kinda fed up of all the bugs and reporting bugs seem to be little to no use, reporting stuff in PUP also gets ignored until they choose when and what to fix.
whats with all the bugs that patch claimed “fixed” only for them not to be fixed?
a few off top of my head:
-
custom lobbies no longer fail to start (still fails on start and have to rehost)
-
claim fixing crashes and desync, game still crash/desync dropping 1 player at a time not to mention this new lag introduced with most recent patch, game freezing for like 5-10 seconds at times
-
says teleport bug is fixed but its still there
-
claim pathing is fixed but its back to the crappy pathing again
and then mountain of bugs introduced one after the other such as UI disappearing, new lag/freeze
seriously fix this game ffs

agree for fun no more, so lag much, want fun with AOE impossible
I believe they have something fundamentally flawed in their build integration process. Very often new builds bring back old bugs like the mangonel delete, now this teleport. They’d have to change that process first. Otherwise even if they fix all the bugs in the game, when they release the next DLC or a big patch, the old bugs will comeback again.

You guys have no clue, the devs don’t need to go one step back they should just step away and let the game that was once classic get fixed by another team made of full coders rather than old aoe modders, the game needs to be competitive in all ranges and friendly instead of restrictive and punitive.
This game version is no longer the classic we all loved, just look at the threads down below, keep buffing until the end and adding stuff that noobifies the game with +100 civs, dragons, etc, chess has only 32 pieces and no one got boring because of that.

feels that recently any bug report kinda go unheard, in the sense that they “fix” things but its not fixed, and then take several months (like 3-4 months long) to fix critical important bugs where as previously would only take them 1-2 weeks to 1 months at most.
kinda sad state we’re in right now
