Tarkans as this is almost clearly Huns. Or I would say that but Huns dont get architecture. Forget if Shivramsha civ does either

This stable is the Gurjara stable when one enables the “full tech tree” option.
It’s also accessible for Huns if it’s a “scenario editor full tech tree” (ie full tech tree + civ. unique bonuses and techs). For Huns it’s even a bit odd, as there’s only the tarkan on the second page, ie he could be on the first page instead of the arrow. Gurjaras on the other hand do need the second page because of the elite upgrade of the shrivamsha rider.
They do if its full tech tree which i suspect it is.
