It’s a good thing that I’ve abandoned this game completely for the last few months.

I don’t know if this is a legit.
I could simply test it in the scenario editor and see if it works or not. This could be possibly a mod.
It’s legit. AI monks are currently able to convert Walls, Castles and TCs.
