Cannot connect to my ESO account

Hello,
I face a problem with my connection to my ESO account and I need your help. Firstly, I put my username and my password to login and they were not accepted even though I wrote them correctly. Afterwards, I answered correctly the secret question and a message appeared saying ‘’ Hint answer does not match’’. Finally, I entered my CD key and my product ID at the : https://esoaccounts.agecommunity.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/AccountManagement/Default.aspx in order to receive a password reset e-mail and no e-mail was sent to me. Please help me retrieve my account.

Hello, “Hint answer does not match’” means you have not written the answer correctly, therefore no reset email was sent. Entering your CD key & Product ID only finds and displays your account username, it doesn’t send out anything.
