Cannot connect to servers, cant click multiplayer, error code: 0xfffffff3

I’m playing via steam on latest build. But I cannot connect to online servers/multiplayer. And when I try it from a different computer connected to the same internet, there is no problem. What I’ve done so far, I flushed dns, checked file integrity, disabled firewall etc. Also I don’t have any antivirus in my pc, besides windows defender.

Anyone have any ideas?

I also tried to setting the system date back a few days and installing the game in the C directory. But none of them worked. Also I tried with a different steam account, still the same. I think it’s caused by my computer.
