I preordered the game around a week ago, but I cannot seem to download the game from the Microsoft store — in fact, I cannot even begin the download; the wheel just keeps turning and it says “Pending…” forever. I’ve been trying the whole day and got nowhere, even after restarting and clearing the store cache. What do I do?
Try to download it from the Xbox App.
