Same problem, I can host a game, but cant join.

I have had this problem for a couple of weeks. Reset my computer (Win 10) today, and re-downloaded the game. Still the same error, same steps to reach the error.

Version 101.101.34223.0 4509956
Platform Steam.

I used Family sharing to run the game on a different account on the same computer. This means all the files are the same, since I didn’t have to download them. The settings for both accounts are the same, and I think there must be some issue or hidden setting in the Steam account that is causing the problem. How do I find the underlying problem and fix it?
