For me it’s only the The Three Kingdoms DLC not working. All other DLCs work fine. Weird.

Nobody cares about fixing this game it seems
It’s very frustrating waiting for MS to fix this bug, they don’t care about the players. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing!

Me pasa lo mismo. Me pidio actualizar, se realizo la actualizacion y luego dejo de funcionar. Me alegra no ser el unico porque quiere decir que no estoy solo y que deben solucionarlo en algun momento.
Yeah, still nothing for me either. I tried removing the game and Xbox app completely nad reinstalling everything again from the scratch a few times and nothing. Everything’s still grey with the download symbol in the campaign menu.

Tengo, compradas , 2 DLCs, Retorno de Roma, en Microsoft Store y The Mountain Royals en Stean, no me deja entrar en ninguna, Retorno de Roma, lo pude jugar, antes de la ultima actulizacion, luego, nada, ninguna de las dos, cpntinuo esperando.
Ya pasó casi un mes; tampoco funcionan los gráficos en alta definición
Same issue for me. None of my DLCs are available despite being correctly downloaded and installed.
This is becoming outrageous!
We are al having the same problem but AOE are not interested in keeping its customers informed as to when solution will be available, totally unacceptable to be left in this position.
I contacted Xbox support via chat and they showed me this page.
At least we know they’re aware of the problem…
