Cannot logon into the www.ageofempires.com website

Issue:

When Click the “sign in with your XBOX Live/Microsoft Account” button in the website, an error page occurs with text “AADSTS700016: Application with identifier ‘00000000-0000-0000-0000-0000000489BA’ was not found in the directory ‘ff644c0a-7b82-445e-8014-046c9e7502d9’. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You may have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.”

Reproduction Steps:

  1. open the browser and navigate to https://www.ageofempires.com/
  2. Click the “Sign in” link and then click the “sign in with your XBOX Live/Microsoft Account” button

Hi, this problem is solved since I’ve logged on with my Azure custom domain ID. I visited the office.com and changed my account and now I can log on this website.
