Issue: When multiple towers are selected, used to be able to upgrade the tower armament on multiple towers by clicking multiple times on the Springald icon. Now this only does one tower

Trigger Event: Attempt to upgrade multiple towers to Springald
(what was happening at the time of the issue. this could be an action you or another player took right before the issue started)
Repro Steps: Playing as Mongols, create multiple towers. Then select multiple towers and attempt to add springald to multiple towers by clicking the Spingald button repeatedly. This used to work by increasing the number of Spingalds in the queue. Now only one Springald can be added no matter how many towers are selected.
