Apparently you can’t build docks in treaty mode if the water is outside your allowed build radius. This completely destroys all existing water map treaty strategy.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Create a game with treaty rules
  2. Try to put down a dock
  3. You can’t

:question: What was supposed to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

In classic AoE3, docks could be built outside the allowed treaty radius.

You can only build docks if there is water inside the treaty radius.

Sad isn’t it. This game is an unrefined money grab.
