AoE4 automatically uses the language of the Xbox app. The Xbox app automatically uses the language of your computer. There is no way to change this.
WTF? Steam players can choose whatever language they want for the game. Why is there no simple toggle for the Xbox store version? This is basic functionality. Many people play games in a language other than the one they use for everyday functionality. Why force something like this? This is not convenient or user-friendly, it’s the exact opposite.
Please change this, Microsoft. Stop tying the game’s language to the Xbox app, and for that matter, stop tying the language of the Xbox app to the language of your computer. Choice is good.
