@Axel220293 Is it any particular campaign or all of them? It seems to be working for me, but could be something wrong with a specific one you’re trying.
I can’t download any custom campaigns either.
What browser are you using? Any pop-up blockers? Do you get any kind of error message? Can you give me a specific campaign you’ve tried to download that failed? Thanks!
Also, try logging off the web site and logging back on. There have been some recent changes to the authentication so if your previous login hadn’t expired that could be the cause of the issue.
