Can't play online after 51737 update

Can very rarely get access to multiplayer games after the 51737 update.
I say rarely because sometimes I can get access to games but the vast majority of the time I will either time out in lobbies or won’t even being able to see lobbies.
I also cannot create my own lobbies, for both multiplayer and coop.
The day before the update, I was able to play online just fine.
Offline modes work fine.
When I do happen to make it into a multiplayer game, they run fine also.

90% of the time / matches I play ( VERY FREQUENTLY)
