Every time I want do save changes to my aoe4 profile I’ll get an errormessage, saying that’s impossible to save.
ErrorCode: C19T04R09X-01 4974656D0580

Same thing, I wrote to support more than 6 times about this problem but I was constantly told that it will be fixed in the future, at the moment it has not been fixed so far .

unfortunately this has also effects regarding the finisher season 8 items. I got none of them

Please write to support, the more people contact support the better chance that the problem will be solved as soon as possible.

It is soo sad. I earned all of the new rewards from the Chart a Course Event but none of them great goods will be visible/available in my profile. That is connected to the problem in getting an error message while saveing my profile in aoe4. Not able to save the profile is in my opinion the same bug when not getting rewards for events, closes seasons etc. There seems to be something wrong with my (steam?) account I think.
