I can’t even start the new event because the Day 1 challenge is locked.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start the game.
  2. Click on “AOE3 ANNIVERSARY EVENT” button on Main Menu.
  3. The button to start the Day 1 challenge is disabled and the reward icon shows a lock.

You could start the Day 1 challenge even if you’re not logged in with the Xbox account.
