Can’t use Inca warchief’s condor eye ability. This happened after I applied one the special reward skins.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Apply special skin rewarded from completing anniversary challenge.
2. Start a game
3. Try to use condor’s eye

Toggles the targeting for the ability
