Can't use "Right stick" on the profile of players in lobbies to scroll

When going to players profile in lobbies it won’t let me scroll down with right stick on their profile properly since the last patch.

100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Click on a player in a lobby
Go into “Profile”
Right stick up and down, don’t work.

EXPECTED RESULT

I’m suppose to see more information about their rank in controller ladder and other things.
