after last hotfix ,load some recent recorded games , got a wrong message ,couldnt watch it anymore.

• 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. load a recorded games
2. watch
   3.waiting for 30s or later, sometimes 20min +
   4.got a message :worldtime *******(some numbers)
   5.cant watch anymore
