The term “caravan (serai)” is originated in Persian, and throughout northern India and Central Asia, there was a network of these inns throughout the Silk Road passing the region.
For the following civilizations that played a part in facilitating the trade routes, which ones would you favor that should get Caravanserai?

I actually built Caravanserais yesterday when I was playing an 8-player FFA exploding kings regicide game as the Hindustanis. I had long run out of gold, and built Trade Carts and traded with a dead player, enhanced by Grand Trunk Road. It was cheesy but useful.
I love this. Especially for tartars and saracens.
