Issue:
Chart stuck on piece
Trigger Event:
Possibly a piece got into possition ON the cart rendering it immobile
Repro Steps:
Have yet to reproduce this, I just wanna beat the mission 
Ok so that costed me my gold medal (Hard) for the mission. Enemy could unjank it, but I couldn’t recover the piece without cheats. I would have literrally won the mission (cleanly mind you, I didn’t use any cheats up until afterwards :() if the piece was moved a little bit to the south-west.
I had the same issue but somehow managed to unstuck the cart. happened when I had multiple units selected with the cart at once when trying to “park” it there.
