The Jadwiga scenario 1 is already pretty hard. Young Jadwiga with her 3 attack contributes nothing to the fight and is susceptible to attacks.
Converting her to be a healer (like Chand Bardai), even with 3 range would be much helpful.

What she needs is a correct skin to match the mounted version.she is a queen not a peasant girl.

I beat the scenario on max difficulty on 2nd attempt (took me 2 attempts because I didn’t know where to run the first time). A bit of micro and/or kiting and it’s fairly easy. The idea is that you let some units die to slow the pursuers down, like the tooltip says iirc.
