Inca already has good gold incomre from his trade card .
Their problem is their weak units and wood income.
Wood dance don’t even give 70% of single factory even with 25 pop dancing . It’s no where adequate for army .
And Inca were supposed to use natives with age one card and warcheif aura . They need a lotttty of wood .
Changing estate to wood trickle will solve their problem.
Also limit estate counts to like 15- 20 with appropriate wood trickle to compensate for Inca wood requirements . Inca demand too much wood to play in late game .
